ACC-tivate (Advocacy, Championship, Citizenship) is a Service Learning programme. It empowers young people engage with local communities and organizations in order to understand and reflect on their role in the society. It supports students to think how their participation is effecting change and realize that they are able to make useful contributions to society through service and social action.

The programme, ‘Life after waste’, was very well conducted, very well thought out and planned. The students were very engaged in the activities and the message has gone home and it has provoked a lot of thought and reflection which I think is the beginning of a long term change for them. It it was a good programme, well structured and well planned.
